A Migratory Bird

There was a migratory bird that tasted the carnivore grain of affection

It hovered in search of a creature that could turn true its edges of fascination

The curious tired eyes enquired from the rain, the jungles and the sun

It flew adrift of its herd to reach out for parts which were lost in its feeling’s translations

No town gave away the scent of temptation it needed

None gave away the voices or colors of the silent sensations its vein’s conceited

The ideas gave away a pain, the bird had lost control of its mind’s freedom

While the others stayed happy with the shelter of warmth, it wandered the frozen grounds with affection undefeated
